Art Lamothe has been serving the Merrymeeting Bay and Midcoast areas for twelve years. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Maine State Bar Association and the Bath-Brunswick Bar Association.

Mr. Lamothe is active in the local business community and serves on Board of Directors for the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce (executive committee).
